On January 2018, the local coordinator of Forming Responsible Citizens project in Morocco, Dr. Elarbi Iamd, director of the Moroccan Center for Civic Education had participated at the ICSE -International Congress for School Effectiveness and Improvement- in Singapore.
In this context the project has been introduced to the wide international community of education. The workshop activities managed by Mr. Imad have introduced the drivers of School change in Morocco, in particular the role of policy makers and system leaders in initiating, supporting, and sustaining system reform.
This action reflects the methodological approach of the FRC that pretends to establish synergies and a common roadmap with other actors of the civil societies and the Ministry of Education at local and National level.
The Forming Responsible Citizens project is in partnership with Ideaborn Foundation, the Moroccan Center for Civic Education, the Social Development and Empowerment Center, the Jordanian Centre for Civic Education, the Adyan Foundation and the Lebanese National Commission for UNESCO.
It is labeled by Union for Mediterranean and financed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway& the Principality of Monaco.
