Work package 1: Development of criteria and process norms for psychosocial support of victims of ethnic communities Based on an analysis of existing psychosocial support programs within the framework of the SNARIV and SIJVRNR systems the contractor, together with the organization’s associates and relevant target groups, develops quality criteria and process standards for the provision of psychosocial services. Likewise, the work package considers the identification of appropriate approaches to psychosocial awareness and support for the institutions of both systems in direct dealings with victims.

Work package 2: Piloting advisory and training modules to expand and integrate the psychosocial capacities of institutions and organizations in contact with victims The work package is assigned to achieve the objectives of Output 1 (Output Indicator 1.1) and Module 1 Objective Indicator. Based on work package 1 the contractor advises the development, piloting, monitoring and systematization of advice and training modules, to consolidate quality criteria and process standards for psychosocial support in systems, relevant programs and institutions, such as to increase the sensitivity and capacity for action of the SNARIV and SIJVRNR systems personnel in contact with victims.

Work package 3: Systematization of organizational advice experiences for strengthening the rights of victims for subsequent reproduction, with special attention to gender justice.

Work package 4: Improve the counseling services available to victims of violent conflict and access to processes within the framework of the SNARIV and SIVJRNR systems.

Work package 5: Strengthening the participation of victims in the implementation of projects within the PDET and in the benefits of the SNARIV and SIJVRNR systems.
