    Formulation of a program aimed at increasing the knowledge of teachers on basic fundamental rights included in the Turkish constitution, in the European Convention on Human Rights and in the Convention on the Rights of the Children.
    The project was prepared with the participation of local entities so as to replicate the experience in the whole country through various phases in order to incorporate lessons learned. The project included the design of a program for training of trainers, teachers and youngsters from schools. These latter would participate in the design of proposals to enhance participation and promote the respect of everyone’s rights.

    Type of services provided

    Ideaborn participated with an expert in justice and Human Rights that carried out the following tasks:
    (i) comparative analysis of the constitutional legislation;
    (ii) comparative analysis of primary education programs;
    (iii) direction and participation in a seminar with jurists, pedagogues, teachers, the minister of education, and other members of the administration;
    (iv) design of theoretical and practical curricular content.
