The thematic programme is based mainly on the support brought to the partners through the 2 programmes of Danida Pro-Justicia (2007-2013) and Pro-Reforma (2009-2014). The program developed specific education program for urban working boys and girls in the Colombian department of Valle del Cauca. The education program was articulated in 2 years of pre-school education to strengthen children’s capacities to take advantage of the elementary education.
