The thematic programme is based mainly on the support brought to the partners through the 2 programmes of Danida Pro-Justicia (2007-2013) and Pro-Reforma (2009-2014). The objective is “To contribute to the extension of territorial and institutional presence of the key services of the state’s executive and judicial institutions and to improve these services”. Objective of the Project “Support to the Social Cohesion in Panama” is to contribute to reduce social and territorial inequities in Panama, in the Framework of the institutional modernization processes as well as social cohesion policies in the country. The program developed specific education program for urban working boys and girls in the Colombian department of Valle del Cauca. The education program was articulated in 2 years of pre-school education to strengthen children’s capacities to take advantage of the elementary education. After that period, children could decide between going to high school and attending a programme for vocational training in the “Asociacion Cristiana Jóvenes de Cali” (capital town of Valle del Cauca).
