    Phase IV of ProFis to Support Transitional Justice in Colombia aims for entities to organize the criminal prosecution of emblematic cases in a more efficient and inclusive way, and ensure the facilitation of legal truth for the construction of Historical Memory.   • PROFIS Programme – Supporting the Peace Process in Colombia – Component 3: Victim’s participation

    The objective of the project is to support the Colombian Office of the Public Prosecutor to effectively implement the Justice and Peace Law taking into account international doctrines, jurisprudence and lessons learned from comparable transitional justice processes in other countries. Special attention needs to be paid to the victims, especially women and minorities, such as the indigenous population and Afro-Colombians.   • Joint Evaluation of Prevention and Response Projects to Sexual violence in 5 provinces of the DRC

    This initiative aims at evaluating two similar projects to fight sexual violence. The first one “Joint project for preventing and reducing sexual violence against women, men, youngsters and kids” started in 2005 in 3 provinces (Equateur, Maniema and the Eastern Province), lasted for 4 years (2005-2008) and was funded by the Belgian Cooperation.   • Support to lawyers and legal associations in Northern Africa
