    The Technical Working Group meets under the auspices of the United Nations Office in Geneva (UNOG) and is facilitated by the United Nations Safer Cities Program and the Geneva Peacebuilding Platform.   • Support to the Peace Process – PROFIS Project – Victims and Witnesses Protection

    Phase IV of ProFis to Support Transitional Justice in Colombia aims for entities to organize the criminal prosecution of emblematic cases in a more efficient and inclusive way, and ensure the facilitation of legal truth for the construction of Historical Memory.   • PROFIS Programme – Supporting the Peace Process in Colombia – Component 3: Victim’s participation

    The objective of the project is to support the Colombian Office of the Public Prosecutor to effectively implement the Justice and Peace Law taking into account international doctrines, jurisprudence and lessons learned from comparable transitional justice processes in other countries. Special attention needs to be paid to the victims, especially women and minorities, such as the indigenous population and Afro-Colombians.
