Bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Central de Barcelona (Catalonia, Spain) and Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University SAIS-BC (US). His formation has been improved with specializations in Human Rights in Strasbourg (IHRI / IIDH) and in Barcelona (ESADE). 

Mr Guardans has worked in the framework of international cooperation since 1987; he has a deep knowledge in processes related to the strengthening of the Rule of Law. As a long term consultant, he participated in projects in Colombia, Lebanon, Palestine, Bosnia Herzegovina, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia. He worked as a short term consultant as well :  Balkans, Middle East, Maghreb, Latin America and sub-Saharan Africa.

Founder of “Llibreria Consultoría IDEA SL” a Coffee bar/documentation center  and a consultancy about Human Rights that became ideaborn.

Bachelor's degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences, with specialization in International Relations and Master in International Management. Graduate and teacher in Human Development for the Virtual School of the UNDP. Graduate in formulation, monitoring and evaluation of social projects, she has a deep knowledge in all the phases of the Project Cycle Management (P.C.M) as well as in initiatives with different entities of  the European Union, the United Nations, NGOs. She has a  long term experience in Italy, Brazil, and Colombia.

She has a deep knowledge of the framework of the international cooperation and of its different donors (CE, IADB, BM, UNDP, etc.). In ideaborn, she leads the project department, located in Medellin / Colombia, being responsible for the coordination of all the promotion activities, as well as the management and the networking.

Occupational therapist specialized in education, health and social community (social re- adaptation / re-insertion through labor). Specialization in social humanity and educational and cultural project management, diploma en formulation, analysis, y assessment of public policies and academic teaching. She holds as well a Master Degree in Latin American Studies focused on policy and international relations. She worked as well as a university professor and investigator in themes related with conflict, social movements, education, human development, ethics and quantitative investigation (Brazil; Colombia and Latin America).  

She has a 10 year experience in projects related with Human Rights, International Humanitarian Right and Civil Society strengthening; thus leading initiatives aimed at supporting the promotion of vulnerable populations’ rights (women, indigenous, afro-descendants, farmers, displaced, etc.). Her experiences allowed her to have a deep knowledge of the donors of international cooperation either at the national level or in Latin America. She has a strong experience in management, monitoring and evaluation of development projects, aquired also through the coordination of dozens of them as a private consultant.

In ideaborn, she is project coordinator for Latin America, in charge of the promotion, the management and the getting of appropriate human resources for led initiatives. She as well contributes sometimes in the implementation and assessment of such projects. 

Bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences, with specialization in European Integration and MA in International Development: Public Policy and Management at the Institute of Development Policy and Management of the University of Manchester. She has experience in the preparation of international tenders in the services sector as well as in the preparation of proposals in the framework of programmes directly and indirectly managed by the European Commission. She has long term experience in Italy and Colombia.

She has deep knowledge of main donors’ procurement procedures, especially those of the European Commission as well as in the management of social development projects. Moreover, she is familiar with main aspects of international technical assistance, especially in institutional development. She is in charge of ideaborn’s activities in Africa.

French Baccalaureate and studies in International Business (Universidad EAFIT in Medellín/Colombia). She started collaborating with ideaborn  by assisting Mr Guardans in its consultancies; currently she supports the Project Department in promotion (initiatives identifications, preparation of the dossiers, networking) and management (research and text revision) activities in particular for the Latin American region.

Economist, with a Master Degree in Administration and Management with an emphasis in International Management, he has experiences in countries such as Australia, Italy, Croatia, and Benin where he worked in projects with different entities like the French Ministry of Agriculture and NGOs like International Solidarity, Legambiente, Green Action, and the Glen Network.

A new member of the ideaborn team, he works in the area of communication, and he is project assistant for Africa, Asia, and Europe supporting activities of promotion and project management.
 
He also has attended studies in plastic arts and he is professor of French and English for foreign people.

Lawyer, with Masters in Juridical Ibero-American Studies and in International and Economic Development by the University Fachhochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin (FHTW) with the different donors and agencies of the international cooperation, she has worked as a consultant for specialized entities in themes such as organizational processes, corruption, governance/impunity in Colombia. She also counts on experiences in intelligence of markets, juridical and migration matters, public-private alliances, design and implementation of youth public policies. She is collaborating from with ideaborn from Bolivia.

She studied dramatic arts and has as well an experience of more than 10 years in television, theater, cinema and radio where she has worked as journalist, actress, director, librettist and producer.

Lawyer specialized in International and Comparative Law, with expertise in International Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law, Crime Prevention and Transnational Crime Policy.

She has participated as a member of several Government Delegations to  the  negotiations of international conventions and she represented the Government before the Inter-American System of Human Rights and other related fora. She has been consultant for USAID in different projects, researcher for the American University and lecturer in Human Rights and humanitarian law in Colombia. 

She collaborates with ideaborn in the promotion of Human Rights in Colombia, in particular in the strengthening of the Rule of Law.

Expert in management and conflict transformation, specialized in international right and the refugees' protection. She holds a Master degree in Conflict Resolution by the Universidad Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), Barcelona and has a deep experience in formulating and managing humanitarian emergency projects. She counts with different relevant experiences in Croatia and Balkans, Spain, Tanzania, Burundi, Lebanon, Democratic Republic of Congo,  and Colombia.

She collaborates with ideaborn in identifying projects and elaborating  proposals, in particular for countries in transition.

Graduate in Philology and Hispanic and French Literature, she also acts as  a book translator.

Auxiliary System Technician with focus on software handling. She has more than 10 years of experience giving support to the area of sales in different Companies and being responsible for the control of information, the purchase of provisions, and the commitment towards commercial indicators.

In ideaborn, she is in charge of the administrative, accounting and logistic processes.

Certified Public Accountant, he has more than 5 years of experience in tax and accounting related services, he studied as well International Business, Social Security, Investment, Labor Right and services export.

In ideaborn he is in charge of accounting and tax related services, human ressources administrative management and the development of financial quotes.
