Argentinian-Italian national with 25+ years in international development cooperation. Degree in Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná. Extensive expertise across Latin America, Africa, and Europe with IDB, Brazilian Cooperation Agency, and EU programmes.
Supports consultants with document search and analysis, ensures targets are met on time, connects contracts with latest international approaches. Manages all logistics for travel and meetings.

Managing Director of Ideaborn
Spanish-Colombian national. Master in Law from University of Barcelona, studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS. 26+ years promoting democracy and human rights across Latin America, Africa, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Managed 80+ contracts with EU and major donors.
Outsourced Department
External oversight of accounting, tax filings to Spanish authorities, registration with Barcelona Chamber of Commerce. Maintains documentation for international tenders.
