Ideaborn S.L. is an international consultancy firm created in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain in 1999 with the mission to promote the Rule of Law and Good Governance to consolidate peace.
We work to provide capacity building for state and civil society actors, especially in the sectors of justice, security, transparency, and citizen oversight. In our work, we help strengthen the informed demand and quality supply of public services related to the access and enjoyment of human rights and fundamental freedoms.
We have successfully implemented and accredited 82 consultancy contracts with various bilateral and multilateral cooperation agencies worldwide.
Ideaborn S.L. complements its consultancy work with two Non-Profit Organisations: (i) the Remember Youth Fund, an Americas-focused resource centre supporting public servants and civil society workers engaged in protection programmes for vulnerable youth through documented good practices; and (ii) the Global Citizenship Education Fund, an education platform promoting alliances among state and non-state actors to conduct joint programmes enhancing access to rights, democracy and governance in fragile countries.
Responsible for all technical aspects of contract implementation, including backstopping, quality assurance and control of deliverables, coordination with clients, partners and short-term experts, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timelines.
Responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, managing consortium partnerships, coordinating with potential clients during the bidding process, and ensuring compliance with procurement rules and regulations.
Provides external oversight for accounting, prepares tax filings to Spanish authorities, maintains updated Ideaborn information in all official national and international registers, and prepares and manages all labour and services contracts.
